APA JOB BANK - EMPLOYERS

The purpose of the APA's Job Bank is to aid employers and APA members by announcing employment opportunities to APA's general membership.

EMPLOYERS - Are you looking for experienced, professional paralegals?

Arizona Paralegal Association's Job Bank will get your position announced to over 300 paralegals at no cost.   APA's Job Bank lists paralegal and legal assisting jobs only.  Your job opening will be listed on the APA's website member exlusive page and in the APA's monthly newsletter, The Digest.  With our extensive network, APA's Job Bank can help with your employment needs.  APA receives job listings from the private sector, sole practitioners, small to large law firms, governmental agencies, in-house counsel, and corporations.

If you are an employer and wish to post a position opening, submit your ad as you would like it to appear along with your contact information to Kelley Dalton at kdalton@cavanaghlaw.com.  The APA does not monitor job placements and removes postings over 4 weeks old on a monthly basis.  Employers are welcome to resubmit ads for positions that are still open.

ARIZONA PARALEGAL ASSOCIATION JOB BANK

NOTICE: THE JOB BANK IS FOR ARIZONA PARALEGAL ASSOCIATION MEMBERS ONLY. SORRY THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS.

JOB BANK GUIDELINES
The Arizona Paralegal Association (APA) maintains a Job Bank for the benefit of its members. The APA offers this courtesy service to provide its members with timely information pertaining to paralegal employment opportunities. Job postings submitted to the APA are posted in the APA monthly newsletter, The Digest, on the APA website at www.azparalegal.org, and sent to APA members via e-mail. The APA provides the following guidelines for job postings in the Job Bank.
  1. Job postings shall be submitted via e-mail in Word format to the APA First Vice President.
  2. Job postings shall include a brief description (approximately 50 words) of the position, the required qualifications, the salary range (if available), employer contact information, and the date submitted. Due to space limitation, we are unable to accommodate more detailed job descriptions.
  3. Job postings shall be submitted via e-mail to the APA First Vice President by the 15th of the month for inclusion in the next monthly issue of The Digest, posted on the website and sent via e-mail to APA members. Job postings received after the 15th of the month will be included in The Digest, posted on the website, and sent via e-mail to APA members as soon as possible.
  4. Job postings shall be renewed by the employer each month by notifying the APA First Vice President via e-mail on or before the 15th of the month. All non-renewed job postings will be deleted.
  5. Employers are requested to notify the APA First Vice President in a timely manner if the posted position is filled.

For more questions or more information on jobs, APA members should contact Kelley Dalton at KDalton@cavanaghlaw.com. Thank you.
