JOB BANK GUIDELINES The Arizona Paralegal Association (APA) maintains a Job Bank for the benefit of its members. The APA offers this courtesy service to provide its members with timely information pertaining to paralegal employment opportunities. Job postings submitted to the APA are posted in the APA monthly newsletter, The Digest, on the APA website at www.azparalegal.org, and sent to APA members via e-mail. The APA provides the following guidelines for job postings in the Job Bank.
- Job postings shall be submitted via e-mail in Word format to the APA First Vice President.
- Job postings shall include a brief description (approximately 50 words) of the position, the required qualifications, the salary range (if available), employer contact information, and the date submitted. Due to space limitation, we are unable to accommodate more detailed job descriptions.
- Job postings shall be submitted via e-mail to the APA First Vice President by the 15th of the month for inclusion in the next monthly issue of The Digest, posted on the website and sent via e-mail to APA members. Job postings received after the 15th of the month will be included in The Digest, posted on the website, and sent via e-mail to APA members as soon as possible.
- Job postings shall be renewed by the employer each month by notifying the APA First Vice President via e-mail on or before the 15th of the month. All non-renewed job postings will be deleted.
- Employers are requested to notify the APA First Vice President in a timely manner if the posted position is filled.

CONTRACT MANAGER/PARALEGAL - PetSmart, Inc. seeks a contract manager/paralegal with strong contract review, drafting and negotiation skills, the ability to research and analyze case law, and state/ local regulations and a working knowledge of the UCC. Requires a min of 2 years of contract/ transactional work in a corporate legal department or law firm.
7. FAMILY LAW PARALEGAL/LEGAL ASSISTANT - Needed at established North Central Phoenix Law Office. Downtown Phoenix firm which serves clients with simple to complex family law issues, as well as juvenile/dependency issues - responsibilities range from drafting pleadings to interviewing clients to managing discovery in family and juvenile law litigation matters. 17. SR. PARALEGAL EMPLOYMENT LAW - As a Senior Paralegal Employment Law, you will partner with Senior Legal Counsel to provide day-to-day support to the PetSmart Human Resources team. Broad working knowledge and experience base in employment law, including a strong familiarity with wage and hour laws at both the federal and state level. You may also work directly (and with counsel) to resolve disputes and matters with governmental agencies such as the Department of Labor and similar state agencies, and assist in responding to wage and hour audits initiated by federal or state authorities.
