APA Benefits
APA members will receive a copy of our monthly publication The Digest, which includes articles on the latest trends in the legal field, legal briefs, helpful Internet websites, seminar briefs and a Job Bank. As of July 2000, APA members can enjoy the membership benefits of First Federal Credit Union (including reduced rates on credit cards, free checking and free accident insurance).
As a member, you are invited to our monthly Learn at Lunch seminars held the second Wednesday of each month at the Downtown Phoenix Sheraton and our annual full day seminars.
APA also participates in local high school mock trials and Arizona State Bar and Maricopa County Bar conventions and activities.
APA is very active with the Arizona State Bar's special committee on the Unauthorized Practice of Law. The APA actively participated in obtaining membership for legal assistants in the Maricopa County Bar Association as well as the State Bar of Arizona.
