New amendements to the Local Rules of Practice for the District of Arizona become effective on December 1, 2006. The amended rules apply to pending cases to the extent it is practical and fair. Visit our website at www.azd.uscourts.gov to view a summary table and text of the new amendments.
Practitioners please note that LRCiv 83.1(c) now requires subscription to the court's electronic newsletter to receive email notices relating to new or updated local rules, general orders, and electronic case filing procedures. Members of the court's Criminal Justice Act Panel are strongly encouraged to subscribe to receive CJA Panel Notices as well. The subscription service is independent of the Electronic Case Filing (ECF) system and requires separate registration via the court's website. There is no charge for this service.
